The Eras Tour, Miami

When Taylor Swift announced her Miami dates for the Eras Tour, my best friend Jessica and I knew we couldn’t miss it. Though we were only in town for 48 hours, we made the most of our whirlwind trip, and it was Jessica’s first time visiting Miami—which made it even more special.

We stayed at the charming Hotel Trouvail in Miami Beach. This boutique hotel is a true hidden gem, blending Art Deco vibes with modern comforts. The lush courtyard with its serene pool quickly became our go-to spot for relaxing in between our packed itinerary. Located in the Faena District, it’s just a short stroll to the beach, and the hotel provides complimentary beach chairs and towels. If you’re looking for a stylish yet welcoming place to stay, Hotel Trouvail is a must! However, the weather was damp & rainy - so we did not go to the beach nor the pool!

Even though we didn’t get to visit with my dad this trip, he introduced me to Miami’s Art District when I first turned 21, and I knew Jessica would love it as much as I did. We made a stop at the Dior Café, where the chic atmosphere and beautifully crafted coffees were pure perfection. I think it's fun for a first-time visit, however I wouldn't go back. From there, we explored the Miami Design District, soaking in the creative energy of the area with its art installations, high-end boutiques, and inspiring architecture.

The highlight of our trip, of course, was the Eras Tour. Taylor Swift delivered an unforgettable performance that felt like the perfect culmination of our quick Miami getaway. The energy in the stadium was electrifying, and sharing the experience with Jessica made it even better.

If you’re planning a short trip to Miami, I highly recommend staying at Hotel Trouvail and carving out time for the Design District—it’s the perfect mix of relaxation, culture, and fun. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit!
